Conseil des fiduciaires

Le conseil des fiduciaires est responsable de déterminer l’orientation à donner au placement des actifs du régime avec l’aide de ses conseillers professionnels. Il procède régulièrement à l’analyse des placements, et ces derniers sont faits en conformité avec les règles administrées par le Bureau du surintendant – Commission manitobaine des pensions et l’Agence du revenu du Canada (ARC). Dans le cadre de la gouvernance du régime de retraite, le conseil des fiduciaires établit des politiques d’investissement du portefeuille de placement du régime.

Les membres du régime peuvent demander une copie de n’importe lequel des documents suivants à l’administrateur :

  1. le livret du régime de retraite, qui comprend toutes les modifications déposées auprès de la Commission (disponible sur le site Web)
  2. le plus récent rapport de rendement annuel déposé auprès de la Commission
  3. les plus récents états financiers du régime
  4. les politiques et procédures de placement établies pour le régime ou les politiques d’investissement (disponibles sur le site Web)
  5. tous les documents déposés concernant la liquidation ou la fin du régime
  6. tout autre document devant être déposé auprès de la Commission. Ces documents sont disponibles sans frais pendant les heures normales d’ouverture d’Ellement Consulting Group

Un membre du régime peut également faire une demande écrite (par courriel ou autre voie électronique) à l’un ou l’autre de nos bureaux pour obtenir une copie de documents non disponibles en ligne. Des frais peuvent s’appliquer pour l’obtention de ces documents.
